The main responsibility of the Data Co-ordinator is to ensure the cleanliness and accuracy of the data within the company CRM system, as well as producing report and dashboards for the business. The role will also provide cover for the Sales & Partner Co-ordinator to provide sales support and raise quotations.
This role will contribute to the day to day administration which will include a variety of tasks such updating marketing materials, mail campaigns and e-shots, internal communications and organising events, among other duties.
The ideal candidate will provide direct administrative support to the wider Marketing team, ensuring the smooth operation of the Department in the delivery of a commercial Brand Strategy and liaise with partner agencies over the effective delivery of key marketing activities.
Up to 18 hours a week. Flexibility to suit and fit around school times if required for the ideal candidate.
Our Skype for Business User Adoption Specialists are responsible for delivering user adoption engagements as part of customer projects.
From a user adoption perspective, you will be expected to work with a range of high profile clients to ensure that Skype for Business is adopted successfully into everyday working practice and improve this where possible.
The successful candidate will join Modality’s Project Management practice and be responsible for the management of client engagements from planning, through delivery to closure/support transition. From time to time they will also be asked to manage internal Modality change projects.
The role requires a confident, experienced and self-starting individual who is comfortable working with a broad range of clients at all organisational levels.
