The successful candidate will join Modality’s Project Management practice and be responsible for the management of client engagements from planning, through delivery to closure/support transition. From time to time they will also be asked to manage internal Modality change projects.
The role requires a confident, experienced and self-starting individual who is comfortable working with a broad range of clients at all organisational levels.
UC Operations Consultants are expected to accept and attempt to resolve level 4 support requests that have been escalated by Modality 3rd Line Support Engineers, and report to end users the status of resolution at regular intervals until the request is fully resolved. They will also be responsible for directly assisting 2nd and 3rd Line Support Engineers in the working of their own tickets, and developing their technical knowledge and general Service Desk abilities.
